Next Level Business Coaching is owned and operated by Adrienne Graham and Empower Me! Corporation. No promises, guarantees or claims are made as to how much money coaching clients will make. Real-life examples (testimonials) are provided as encouragement of what’s possible, not a guarantee of what ‘will be’ for an individual client. Ultimate success is dependent upon the time, effort and work a client puts into the process.

Adrienne Graham makes no promises or claims to do any work on the client’s behalf nor to recommend business leads or opportunities.

Coaching is not a substitute for legal advice or therapy. All final decisions as related to a client’s business should be consulted with a tax professional, attorney, accountant or other business professional.

Disclosure

Adrienne Graham may recommend products or services that will benefit clients. Through that recommendation, Empower Me! Corporation and/or Adrienne Graham may make sales commissions, should clients choose to purchase recommended resources. In such a case, client shall be informed.

Clients will be asked to provide  a photo and testimonial (written and/or video) at the conclusion of the program and may be asked to appear on Views From the Top Radio Show or Empower Me! Magazine (or both) to talk about their experience. It’s not mandatory, but you may be asked.

Privacy Notice

We will never share your private, personal or proprietary information with any unauthorized third parties. All individual coaching sessions remain confidential. Group sessions are not shared with the public for any reason. All calls are recorded and given to clients at the conclusion of the program. All clients are asked to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) as sensitive information may be shared about participating clients during group calls.

Clients’ contact information may be shared with vetted speakers for the special education group calls. With expressed permission, contact information may be provided to approved vendors. Clients can opt to not have vendors receive their contact information. We will never share details of a client’s business  nor their progress with unauthorized individuals. We will never sell contact information.

However, we will fully cooperate with law enforcement should a client be involved in illegal wrong-doings. We will provide to law enforcement any material up to and including written communcation, audio recordings, offensive materials, etc.

Any client found in breach of confidentiality and/or privacy matters will be immediately removed from the program with no refunds.

Refunds

As coaching services are time-intensive, and we can not regain our time spent, refunds are not given for our coaching programs. Hourly clients who miss an appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice, will not receive a refund. However, should a client choose to cancel at least one week prior to start date, we will provide a full refund with written notice.
